Schoolhouse is growing rapidly, and with more learners and tutors joining, we’re seeing an increase in tech issues being reported. To keep things running smoothly, we’re focusing on strengthening user support and trust processes over the next few months.

If you haven't already, please be sure to give our amazing volunteer tutors on the support team a virtual high-five! Their work helps learners, parents, and tutors navigate our platform every day.

Here’s a quick refresher on how to report tech issues effectively:

  1. The 5-Minute Rule: If your issue or feedback isn’t urgent and can wait more than 5 minutes, please submit it at schoolhouse.world/feedback.

  2. Urgent or Blocked? If you’re unable to complete your task immediately (e.g., you’re stuck and can’t proceed), please reach out to our User Support Team for assistance.
