Open the Zoom room by clicking on the "Start Session" button on your session/series page
Once you're in the Zoom room, there are two ways to admit learners:
You can click on the "Participants" tab and admit them from there by clicking "Admit"
Every time a learner joins the waiting room, it will notify you at the top of your screen. You can click on the "Admit" button to let them in.
Using the "Play join and leave sound" button
If you check the "Play join and leave sound" option, you'll hear a noise ("ding!") every time a learner joins the waiting room or leaves the session. This is helpful for sessions with many learners, since you'll know when learners join the waiting room and can quickly admit learners who might join late.
To get to the "Play join and leave sound" option: click on "Participants", then "More"
