If your certification video fails to upload, please follow these steps:
Download a copy of the file to your computer
Follow the on-screen instructions to access a link where you can manually upload the certification video
Upload the file, fill out the rest of the page, and submit
Once you've filled out and submitted the information on the manual upload page, it has to be approved by a Schoolhouse admin or volunteer before it can enter the normal certification peer review pool. Therefore, it can take a few more days to hear back when you have to do this manual upload process.
Can't access the manual upload link? Please reach out to User Support and request to speak to a human agent. In your message, please indicate the subject and topic of your certification (ex: Calculus | Course Challenge) so we can send you the correct link.
