To create a request for a session, you can navigate to any of the the following subworlds listed below and go to the "Help"/"Discussion" channels.
"Help" channel -> You can ask a quick question about a problem, request help with an assignment, or review/learn a new topic.
"Discussion" channel -> You can create a post about anything related to the subworld, including requesting for a session.
For the rest of the subworlds, you can only request a session by creating a post within the "Discussion" channel (a tutor will respond if they are able to assist) or look through the scheduled sessions available.
